Within walking distance of 1040 W. Adams, there are three new projects in the West Loop that will be presented at Plan Commission later this month, the most controversial of them is located directly across the street on the east side of Mary Bartelme Park. Although smaller than originally proposed, and now a condo project instead of rentals, much of the community remains unhappy about the density and height or the proposed development.
